Large Format Digital Photo Printer

The Durst Lambda 130 Large-Format Digital Laser Imager: the new standard for digital large-format reflective or backlit displays directly from file. It has moved digital imaging to an entirely new level. You'll get whites that are truly white and blacks that are absolutely black. Colors are unbelievably saturated and true to the original shot including fleshtones and bright colors. With the Durst Lambda, your digitally created or retouched images will accurately reflect the intentions of the photographer or graphic artist.

The first true marriage of digital imaging and photo enlargement technology comes with The Durst Lambda is considered state-of-the-art in large-format imaging systems, utilizing high-output RGB lasers, the Lambda exposes digital files directly onto photographic materials up to 50 inches wide x 164 feet in length. The high-speed output (12 Inches per minute) can be imaged on any type of silver-based photo material; currently our Lambda system is calibrated for use with all the materials listed below.

We use ICC profiling and PMS color matching so your approvals are color matched and provided on your chosen media, eliminating the guesswork in creating high-quality graphics.

ILFOCOLOR PAPER is an economical RC paper for display, photofinishing and general enlargements with a choice of a glossy or semi-matt surface. The contrast is formulated to maximize color saturation while at the same time accurately rendering all the highlight and shadow detail of the image. The clean whites, strong blacks and faithful tonal reproduction make it suitable for all industrial and commercial uses.

ILFOCOLOR DELUXE is a premium quality negative/positive print material coated on an opaque polyester base (Melinex by Dupont). Designed for display and exhibit applications it has brilliant whites and excellent color saturation. It's a high speed, superior color reproduction print material with full tonal range and a high gloss mirror-like surface. The pigmented polyester base provides dimensional stability and exceptional durability.

ILFOCOLOR TRANSLUCENT DISPLAY FILM is a premium quality display film for printing directly from digital files. It features good dye stability, high color saturation and optimum gradation from the brightest highlights to the deepest shadows and is ideal for use in lightboxes without diffusers. The film's neutral Dmax eliminates color casts in the blacks and its built-in antihalation layer eliminates the need to use black paper behind the film during exposure.

ILFOCOLOR CLEAR DISPLAY FILM reproduces glorious colors on a clear base display film for light boxes incorporating a built-in diffuser. It possesses similar photographic qualities and contrast to its Translucent based counterpart but is also ideal for producing superior overhead presentation transparencies.
